Saving Throw: None

This spell conjures a small black storm cloud to appear over the victims head, & once a round cast a small lightening bolt on the victim. This lightening bolt does 1d8 damage, +1 per level; example: at third level, the lightening bolt would do 1d8 +3. On 8th level, the lightening bolt would do 1d8 +8. This continues to go up until 12th level.
