After the sonic boom has dissipated there will be a low vibratory hum. This hum makes it impossible for any sound based attacks to work. Creatures that using hearing instead of sight are treated as blind for the duration of the spell. Sound attacks that also cause damage due to a harmonic vibration, such as an Emerald Dragon are nullified. Any one that stays inside the area of effect will be protected for the duration of the spell. The spell "SILENCE 15ft. RADIUS" will negate this spell and vice versa. |
