This spell can be cast on any non-magical hammer (or other clerical weapon). The caster must run his hands over the weapon, which causes a sparkling, silver glow to spring up around the weapon.

This spell has two possible effects:

  1. This effect causes the weapon to have a +6 bonus for 1d4+1 attacks. The bonus applies both to hit and damage rolls, and the duration is for attacks made with the weapon, whether or not the weapon hits does not matter.  
  2. This effect causes the weapon to have a +2 bonus for 1d4 rounds, plus 1 round per level of the caster. The bonus applies both to hit and damage rolls.
This spell may be cast in combination with other weapon spells, but it must be cast upon an actual weapon, which is not consumed by the spell.
