A large Earth Elemental made completely out of large boulders appears and turns into a whirl wind of rocks. Anything caught in the area of effect takes 1D12 points of damage per level of the caster with a successful save vs. spell giving half damage. Even though the creature is an Earth Elemental there is no chance of it attacking the caster.
