Cowboy Bebop is the Best

Cowboy Bebop has to be one of the best animes I have ever seen. Personally, I prefer the japanese original versions to anime, but Cowboy Bebop was dubbed perfectly, and this is the only anime I do not watch in japanese. Cowboy Bebop has something for everyone, dirty pasts, good fight scenes, kun-fu and karate for those Bruce Lee people, comedy, and even romance tied into one of the best animes of all time.
