The Moon

Full and bright you fill up the sky,
But when the sun comes up we have to say goodbye.
Then, when the sun goes down again you'll give us light
And like a true ruler you rule the night.

People say you are a sign of romance.
If you are, I would like to ask: "Would you care to dance?"
Under your light I'll dance the tango
And slowly the night will go.

A sign of hope you are for me,
I find you as beautiful as the sea.
When I see you in the sky,
I dream that I could fly.

If I could, it would be so cool.
It's much better then wake up and go to school.
So everyday around noon,
I can't wait to see the moon.
