Memories

As I walk across this field of flowers After all the battles and increasing of powers I see what many have fought and died for To save this land from hearing evil's roar A land untainted by the darkness of reality A place of peace for all of humanity I look back at the battles we have endured Looking back at all the evil we have cured Remembering those who lost their lives in the war To the very moment I screamed out "NO MORE!" Remembering the people who fought along side of us In those mages and fighters we have placed our trust Remembering the time we stood side by side Against the all consuming darkness tide Shouting our defiance against the darkest might Unleashing our love, creating radiant light Seeing you unleash your heavenly fury Seeing that even in battle you still are a beauty Remembering those who died for our cause They suffered and died due to my flaws People like the Shadow who died on the battlefield Who took the full force of evils hatred, to be my shield I salute and honor you mighty warrior of the light Your debts have been cancelled, by sacrificing your might Remembering the fighters who stood toe to toe with the darkness Remembering the mages who rendered evil's attacks powerless Watching in awe as the light overcame the darkest night Watching in awe as my allies unleashed all of their might Remembering that I was leading them in this fight I took up my sword and screamed, "FOR THE LIGHT!" As the battle cry sounded across the field I knew what this battle was about to yield Together we stood against the powerful night Together we stood unleashing our awesome might To protect this land of unspoiled beauty To protect this realm from the darkest fury I stand here in my shining armor looking at the field of flowers Knowing that I could make love to my fiancée there for hours Knowing this is where my family shall be born Knowing that this is where I shall mourn For those who fought and died in the name of love and good Imprinted into eternity, it was against darkness they stood
