This arrow has a purple-ish white color to it and has a +3 enchantment to attack and damage. When this missile is fired it turn in to a bolt of lightning and continue to strike its target. An explosion of electricity will shower everything and everyone within 30ft of the the victim causing 6D10 points of damage. A saving throw Vs. spell can be made to take half damage. Any one or anything in contact with metal objects are at a higher chance to be jolted. They receive a -3 penalty to there save against the lightning.
