This Arrow is a pale sky blue color and has a +3 enchantment to attack and damage. Once fired the arrow turns into an icicle and will continue on to its target. When it hits the desired target shards of ice spray in all directions for five yards causing 6D12 points of damage to anything and everything in the area. A save Vs. spell can be made to take only half damage. The area of the effect will remain very cold for 36 hours.
