This powerful magic blade is in the form of a perfectly balanced throwing dagger. It is forged of mithril steel and has a black sapphire blade-jewel. The weapon is found with a black leather forearm sheath. It possesses the following powers: a) Grants the bearer perfect vision to a 600-foot-radius. This power results in the bearer suffering no penalties for range when thrown. b) The Dagger may be hurled up to 600 feet away and will magically return to the wielder in the same round. c) When used in melee combat does only normal damage (1d4+4/1d3+4), but when thrown does triple damage (3d4+4). d) If the bearer can name his target (not "that Drow", but the "Drow Assassin Khel du Tormtor") the Dagger may be hurled to unerringly strike (no Save possible), piercing all known defenses or mystic barriers and doing 6d4+4 damage. This power may only be used one time per turn. e) Lastly, upon striking the Dagger speaks; usually "hah!" or "take that!" in a language that the victim can understand. If used multiple times on the same victim it will utter "and that!", "and that!", "and that!" in the most annoying and infuriating tone possible.
