This wand will radiate the same magic a wand of secret door and trap location when detected for. When the wand is used its magical effects are far greater than first detected. All opponents that fall victim to the wands effects must make a savings throw. If failed the victim goes last every round for 2D4 rounds. Success means that the victim has a +4 penalty to his/her initiative. So if the victim rolls a 5 and has a weapon speed of 3 they would actually go on a 12 because of the penalty. The duration is the same for either outcome, success or failed saving throw. The wand isn't limited to a certain class either it can be used by all.
